Cheesecake

Yield: 2 spring molds

     2½ # cream cheese

    11½ oz. sugar

    2½ oz. cake flour

    14 oz. (10 each) eggs

    18 oz. half and half

    1 T vanilla extract

    ¼ lemon juice

 Beat together ingredient very well. Beat 10 more minutes to create a lot of volume

 350 degrees – 40 minutes until the top is brown.
